Why should I attend Bible class?
I read recently that 48 million children will miss Sunday school in America each Sunday. What an astounding statistic.

It is sad to know that so many children who need to know the stories of the Bible and be able to apply principles from those stories to their lives are so often not where they need to be on Sunday morning. For many of those children it is because their parents do not go to church. For others it is because they do not come to both services in the morning.

One may ask, "Why should I attend Bible class?" Here is a list of reasons:

It helps you put God’s kingdom first.
It helps you gain knowledge about God.
It helps you possess the mind of Christ.
It helps you to influence others for good.
It provides fellowship with other Christians.
It strengthens your faith in Jesus as Lord.
It provides nutrition (food) for your soul.
It helps you to obey God.
It helps you to be a better guide to your family.
It helps you to be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks a reason for your faith.
It helps you to be approved of God.
It helps you to prepare for the judgment.

I hope you will give the above list some thought if you or our children are not attending Bible school. Set your goal and alarm clock so that you can be with us next Sunday morning. It is a very important meeting you don’t want to miss.
