God is willing/able/and does forgive (Ps. 85:2; Mic. 7:18). His forgiveness is abundant (Mk. 3:28), complete (Ps. 103:12; Jer. 33:8; Isa. 43:25). Conclusion: Ps. 40:5 Because Of His Grace Entered on 4/18/2010
